Chris,

Have you tried performing a 4-5-6 reset? This may clear a few things up. If 
a 4-5-6 reset doesn't work I may try a service reset, that is record with 
reset. Something to keep in mind is to have all cards removed and you are 
connected to a power source when performing either of the two reset, 
especially the service reset. If both type of resets fail, I may phone 
HumanWare Tech Support.
