Malaina, I had the same issue on an mPower. I am now stuck out of KeySoft because I did perform a reset out of habit. I am getting various messages about rom version failed to update, serial number required, and so forth.
I have sent an email to Maurice, Mike, Teri, and Jonathan of HumanWare. Let's see what they suggest.
