Not exactly. If the filename is at a prompt, use the normal
command to copy it to the clipboard (backspace-k on a BT). In
file lists it is impossible, but if it is prompted it is not a
problem.

At the moment this isn't possible. It is only possible to copy
something if
you are able to place your cursor beneath it as in the case of
web sites,
documents, and so forth.
