Donna, I sincerely doubt this, but I could be wrong. Maybe he's got an SMA
that means he's entitled to 6.2 plus one or two other upgrades? I'm not
sure.

Surprise! Surprise! This question has nothing to do with Keysoft 7.5. I
have a student who is using a BrailleNote MPower BT running Keysoft 6.2.
When we entered his serial number to check which upgrades he is eligible
for, it shows only 7.2. Can he jump from 6.2 to 7.2? Thanks. Donna
