Sharon,

The Braille translation issue seems to occur when back translation anything
from Braille to text. This includes but is not limited to: writing an email,
printing out a document, translating a document into an text format, perhaps
embossing--pretty much anything that will require the document to run
through the translation utility.

As advised from Maurice, the HumanWare Development Team has been made aware
of the issues that have been reported on this list since the release of
KeySoft 7.5 and the issues will be worked on a priority basis with the
Braille Translation being on top. There will be a patch available free of
charged to those who are authorized to KeySoft 7.5. The patch will be made
available once the fixes have been made and it has been thoroughly tested by
the HumanWare Development Team.

If anyone finds any outstanding bugs, I would report them to one of the
following email addresses:

I am not saying that the issues that you raise will be fixed in the patch,
but there is a possibility that it will be. If the issue isn't fixed in a
form of a patch, you can be assured that the issue will be trac'ed and
looked at in the future. The way of making the BrailleNote family of
products even better than it currently is to report bugs in great detail to
Jonathan or Maurice.

Thanks,

Kevin
