Yes, the MS Word thing is a never-ending battle because we don't get any
further... Meantime I loaded a file the other day (after upgrading), was
told that version of MS Word was not support, got an error message and had
to press a C3+C4 reset on the PK to do anything further. I wouldn't have
minded, but then my card (from which I'd tried to load the file) had bad
files, a fact which I didn't discover until I was in public, at a meeting,
and expected to bring up a file I could not!
HW: Are we ever going to see an improvement in this area, please?

I too would love more microsoft word support as well as support for pdf
files.
I'm currently a student at texas state university and The files that are
sent to me via email are in pdf form and not at all good to open on the
braille note.
I hope this issue can be addressed with the next release of keysoft.

I've also been using a braille note for the past 7 years sense the first
ones came out in 2000.
