Kevin,

If the User follows the prompts given by the installer, it will advise that
a C1, C4 reset is required.  The installation instructions also advise
this.  We understand that "Techie" people like to know the reason behind
why you need to perform a particular reset, but most Users just want the
installation to take place and the unit to restart running the new
software.  Hence the reason that we don't always explain the detail.

Thanks, that is actually what I ended up doing and things are working as
expected. I am also glad to see that there has been a fix for this issue. I

think that there should be a note somewhere on the KeySoft 7.5 upgrade
instruction page stating to perform a C1C4 or 456 reset to clear all
registery settings in order to take full advantage of what KS 7.5 has to
offer.
