Not sure why we didn't include the "What's New" item in the Table of
Contents, but the Read Me file in the General Folder contains the
information.

To take the issue of the user manual one step furthre. When looking at the
table of contents, why isn't there a section called "what's new on KeySoft
7.5" and a break down of what's new. This was something available with
KeySoft 7.2 and earlier.
