Ottawa Canada So I phoned Drummondville and asked when my order should ship. They phoned me back and said they don't have any record of my order!
Then I phoned Concord Customer Service, and they said they have no record of it on their system, but the man who sent the orders to Drummondville for delivery to Canada remembered seeing my order, as it was taken by his boss. So I have e-mailed that man and his boss, who was my salesman that took the order to please ask Drummondville what they did with the order! And wouldn't you know it, my Office Grade Rico Laser FAX, a Rico 3800-L is terminally ill with a dead laser motor, a little motor that spins the mirror at high speed the unit's laser beam reflects off so it can print. While this fault directly affects printing, it is serious enough the machine won't send either! I feel like a definite Have Not! I am FAX-less and have received a telegram from Western Union advising my V. R. Stream order is Missing In Action, status unknown!
