It is the nature of hardware and software that we may or may not be able to easily duplicate the reported problems, so we thank you in advance for providing as detailed a history as possible to the events that highlighted the issue. Work is progressing smoothly on the re-release of KeySoft 7.5, and we thank you all for your patience and understanding. We will detail the issues addressed upon re-release.
