Ottawa Canada Dear Tom and list:
I used to use a BrailleLite and can explain how to fix the lines run together on the BrailleNote problem. The BrailleLite, like the Apple Mac used only a carriage return (decimal 13) to mark the end of a line. The BrailleNote and PC use carriage return followed by line feed (decimal 13 followed by decimal 12). To split the lines where they should be, Do a search and replace for carriage return (decimal 13) and replace it with a carriage return linefeed (decimal 13 followed by decimal 12) You can do it on a PC by using the alt and numeric keypad to enter alt 0013 and alt 012 respectively. Not sure how this is done on a BrailleNote. Good luck. Brian Brian K.
