I have no problem going through sub directories now. It took me a good little while to figure it out, but now that I have, it's not that hard.

Largely due to the file structure in KeySoft I don't much like using sub-directories. I find it much better to use portable media as if they were directories. I have my books on one CF card, my work on another and my media on a SD card.

For me this keeps me organized without all the problems that sub-directories in KeySoft can bring.
