Hi Tara and All, Sounds as if you are talking about the cursor routing, or what the BN manual refers to as the touch cursor, keys. And, if this is the case, yes, I've noticed the same thing with my PK, both in KS 7.2, as well as now with KS 7.5 build 18. And, guess I've just kind of gotten used to this happening; however, a second press of the touch cursor above the cell you are trying to get to, usually gets you to your desired place on that line, rather than at the beginning of the word again.
