Hi Terri; The HW headset is a little uncomfertable, but when you do not use it a lot I guess it beats paying $30 for something that they will not even let me open and determine what I am getting. When I am at home, I will be using speakers with the reader, but I can not do that in an open office setting. It took me a while to get used to the piece that fits over the ear. That is the part that hurts after a while, but it will do. I never use a headset on my m-power. On the job, I use braille and at home sometimes I use speech, what ever I choose at the time. My main reason for writing that message is the ability to use both headsets at the same time and be able to communicate with two pieces of equipment at the same time. Bye for now.
