The comma divides data, as you said, but it must come after a quote.
The following will import as 2 strings:
"s1", "s2"
The following will be one string:
"s1, s2"

I am considering importing some data in to Keybase using a
csv file and had a question about string data with embedded commas. How does one get around this issue when importing data since KeyBase uses the comma as a delimiter?
