Hi,
I believe you are right.
You can save messages by using the clipboard or <space>s.
You can save a list of messages using the Address List (KeyList)
programme.
You would need to set up a template for the Email Folders in a
similar way to described in the manual 10.10, (or there abouts).
Then use the Address List programme and it's options to set the
file to Email Folders.
You can then use the copy and select messages by things like
subject, or from or to ...
In KeySoft 7.2 you can not select by folder name because numbers
are used.
There are at least two numbers per folder--one for sent emails
and one for received.
If you learn the numbers for a particular folder, you can in two
selects save a folder of messages.
Because some of this is information not given in the manual, you
can not rely on it staying the same between versions, and you may
not be warned if it changes.
Regards,
Steve.

Subject: [Braillenote] RETRIEVING STORED E-MAILS
I may have this wrong, but my understanding of the situation is
as follows:-
If I want to keep an e-mail folder, and save it to an SD card or
external drive, I cannot bring the folder back on to the main
unit in order to read it, without over-writing the folder of the
same name already on the unit. I don't think I am offered any
chance to give the folder a different name when copying there or
back.
Is it recommended that anything you want to keep by way of e-mail
should be copied to clipboard and then saved as a separate file?
I do like Voice Note, but it does seem restrictive in the way it
stores e-mails. Or have I got it wrong?
Thanks.
PETER WILKINS
