Terri,
I've tried both; each time i get the same message. The file is on
an SD card, but it's the only file on there that acts this way. I
am thoroughly baffled.
I'd rather not do a service reset if I can help it.

You could try going to the file manager menu and importing the
file into
KeyWord. If that doesn't work, you may have to copy the file to
a PC and
save it as a Word 6 file. The file should open then.

I am troying to access a textfile I need for school. This

When I try to interact with the file in any way (such as opening

BrailleNote simply states "reached the end of the file". and
