Hi folks, I just called rfbd and was told that a uak was not yet available, that maybe it might be ready by the end of October. I just called HW and CS rep Mark read me a release, dated Sept. 12 which, in part, said, the following. "Humanware has provided rfbd with the necessary training and materials to produce the uak." So basically it's up to rfbd now. It goes on to encourage customers to call rfbd to hurry them along. So, I did. Rfbd's story was slightly different. They said they were developing the uak "in conjunction with Humanware." I expressed my concern that people didn't seem to have the story straight, and that many people were waiting and needing the product. So, please call rfbd at 800-221-4792 and hw at 800-722-3393. We've been promised this for years now, lets make uncomfortable for them not to come through. Rusty
