Its connected via usb. No I don't get a test page.

Hello everyone,
I'm not sure if anyone has experienced this before. I have a Bn
QT 18 running 7.2 connected to an Epson printer. When I connect
the printer, to the Bn it says "printer ready." I go through all
the necessary steps of printing. I made sure all the settings
match from the printer options menu. The Bn says "printing of
document complete." I don't see any documents printing and the
printer is on.
Do I need to download something from the web site or install the
printer drivers with Keysync?
Any suggestions would be helpful.
