Thanks Chris, it works and precise steps on mPower are:
Whilst MP3 file is playing, press backspace with enter.
Then press space with 1 2 3 4 5 6.
You are at main menu and can switch off mPower.
After switching on again and going to media player, it will resume
where you stopped listening in the file.
