For those new like Marie, a VoiceNote is similar to the BrailleNote, except 
there's no Braille display, hence the "voice" in VoiceNote. KeyNote Gold is 
just another speech synthesizer (in fact, you heard that tonight during our 
phone call). mPower users, however, can switch to and use Eloquence if they 
wish.
