Dear Alan and list, I would like to thank you for your eloquently worded arguments for an integrated braille code. I too have read braille for decades and now, mostly use refreshable braille. I would hate to see the end of braille. I think in braille and am always more comfortable writing in it although I have been typing since I was seven and am currently typing this on a pc. Cheers Jan
