Hi Brandon,
I think this means that part of HumanWares application is trying
to write an empty string into somewhere it shouldn't.
It also tells HW where in their code it gets upset, but doesn't
say what caused this problem.
You need to take this up directly with HW, and it would be good
to find out if possible what version of C++ you have.
Also, what Windows, (including version) are you running?
To fix this may well require an update to some of the
software--(not necessarily HW's software).
Regards,
Steve.

Subject: [Braillenote] key view problem
Hi list, i have installed keyview on my pc and tried to run it
from the pc and got the following.
Microsoft Visual C++ Debug Library
Debug Assertion Failed!
Program: C:\Program Files\HumanWare\KeyView\KeyView.exe
File: swprintf.c
Line: 95
Expression: string != NULL
For information on how your program can cause an assertion
failure, see the Visual C++ documentation on asserts.
(Press Retry to debug the application)
Abort Retry Ignore
Has anyone else had this issue, and if so what can i do to fix
the problem?
Brandon
