Barbara, what does it display on the Braille display after starting keysoft is displayed? Just wondering if it displays something like, "Keysoft CE Version 7.2, build 47, main menu", for example, before doing the service reset. Hi List: My BN mPower QT 32 jsut crashed. when I turn the mPower on, nothing comes up. when I do a reset, "Starting Keysoft" appears on the braille display. then the dots come up and there is something said in speech, but I am hearing impaired and don't know what it says. I don't have anyone to ask until tomorrow morning. I wondered if anyone on the list knows what I can try next? it looks like my mPower crashed. If you respond to this email, please include my email address in the To: field. I receive the digest format so won't be getting the digest again until tomorrow evening (about 20 hours from now).
