Yes, you should be a to do that in whatever language you are working in at the time.

Have a great day,

Yes, I understand that, but in the spell checker there's the
ability to
lookup a word in the spell checker. I don't mean lookup as in
find a meaning
for a word, I mean lookup a word to insert into your document.
Does that
make sense?

Chris,

If you purchased the US Oxford Concise Dictionary and Thesaurus
then only US
words will be present. It is possible to purchase the Oxford
Dictionary and
Thesaurus for the UK and I am sure other countries as well. What
Alex was
refering to was using the spell checker, not the OCDT.

Hi all,
I opened a .doc file, setting its language to Spanish, then
tried
spell checking. Most words were not known, even relatively
normal ones like "sistemas", for example. What am I missing?
When I had my classic with the Spanish module installed the
spell
checker was much better. This almost seems to be using the
English dictionary, but it knew enough Spanish words to make me
think that that was not the case. Thanks.

Have a great day,
Alex
