You could do it with an FM transmitter.  Get an FM transmitter, hook it
up to your XM, turn them both on, then tune your BrailleNote to the
frequency where your FM transmitter's beaming to.  I did something like
this not long ago when I wanted access to my XM all over my apartment,
though it wasn't with a BrailleNote.  But if your MPower has a working
FM radio, then this method should work just fine.  You can get FM
transmitters for around $30.
