Hello Everyone, Some clients have reported that they are unable to download the KeySoft 7.5 Binary Image files (Bin) due to file type download restrictions placed by their internet service provider. These clients should download the zipped package, the link for which can be found as the last download item for each respective model.
The zipped package includes all the files associated with a particular BrailleNote model. For example, the mPower zip package includes the mPower Upgrade Instructions, the mPower Bin file, and the mPower Bootloader.
