Chris and others; I forgot, does the trash folder just apply to e-mail? If not, then would donna be able to retrieve her lost files? I have a fealing it is just for e-mail. I wonder why they did not make it like the delete folder on a computer. This would prevent accidents like this from happening. Big suggestion for the future, HW! Townsend! Kristan, have you tried to empty the trash folder? Perhaps you deleted it from your inbox, but like a traditional e-mail programme it will be moved to the trash folder. To permanently delete it, you need to either open the trash folder and delete it from there or empty the trash folder entirely. Hope that helps.
