It would actually be nice to have some kind of Recycle Bin on our BrailleNotes/VoiceNotes, but like you said if it requires hardware modifications then unless we absolutely need the feature I don't see the point of implementing this. A trash folder for files, like the Windows Recycle Bin, would require a CE upgrade to implement, and an upgrade in the size of the flash disk to be practical.
