At the main menu, do a read plus I to get the information block on a Qt with your KeySoft version and hardware revision etc. Not sure of the BT equivalent, possibly chord-I. If your hardware revision is 2C you may have the rapid battery discharge problem some of those units had. If it is hardware revision 6S or thereabouts, you have a problem and need to phone Tech Support for ideas. If you have the rapid battery discharge problem of revision 2C you also need to contact Tech Support as you need your unit updated to the later revision that has a chip that eliminates the battery discharge problem.
