Charman, have you considered changing things like your IP address, submask, 
default gateway, etc? Sorry for the technicalities, but needs must when it 
comes to setting up networks. In order to change this, first modify your 
connection configuration and set "obtain an IP address automatically?" to 
no. Hope that helps.

Hello list

I have just purchased a socket ethernet card.  when i put it in i
hear network card ready.  It is ok up to here.  I have created a
connection from connectivity menu by creating a lan or dialup
connection.  I just entered the name i wanted to give and pressed
space with dots 2-6 to add the record.  Now when i go to keyweb
and use that connection i get a cannot find server message.
Can someone tell me why this is happening?
