Dear Joseph,
Could you please send this out? I have several comments. Do you remember how in July I wanted Am radio and you said that would require a hardware upgrade? Well, I would like to listen to my favorite baseball team on my Bn every once in a while. Problem, the station I stream off of is not permitted by Major League baseball to stream games online. Has anyone been able to stream off of the mlb site with their units? About the word support issue and things like that, I think HumanWare should not wait a while before implementing these changes to the BrailleNote. Does anyone know how long HumanWare has been working on the word issue? I think if I were the head of the development team I would be asking my developers to get the word issue streightened out as well as some other topics that come up on this list regularly, like html email support. I don't think we should have to wait around 6 years plus before we get what we really want from our units. I don't mean to rush things with HumanWare but the least they could do was present their solutions to the word problem to us in the form of an upgrade and then keep improving it. Yes, this does take some time but the longest we should have to wait for an issue that will put the word issues as a thing of the past and not have to worry about any of that conversion stuff that my mom has to go through every time I download a file is about 2 or 3 years. It has been almost double that time. Same thing with html email even though I don't use it. An example of why I need better word support happened a few nights ago. I had downloaded files off our school website and didn't look at them. When I opened them none of them were compatible so I ended up having to get up early to check my email for the converted format. All of this doesn't mean I'll go off looking for someone to sell my Mpower to, but yes, I have shown how disappointed I am with HumanWare I am. So, what do you think of this one? Do you think when I get a little older that I should apply at HumanWare?

Bobby Cavanaugh
