Don't know what you're on about, but if it's for a KeySoft upgrade, the username is in fact your BrailleNote/VoiceNote's serial number. Sorry if this wasn't the answer you were looking for, but I got a bit confused, both by the subject line and by the fact you said "username" when perhaps you meant "serial number".
