Sharonda, I personally do this all of the time where I am able to write an email and send it without having to retreive messages. After I am writing the message I will exit, pres Y to ready to send, Yes to save a copy and it will say something about there are xxx messages in the outbox, send now and I will press Y for yes.
I have done this on my ClearWire and Gmail account. And my second comment is that maybe in another upgrade, HW could make it possible to send messages without receiving them. I mean, if I have a message to send immediately, it would be nice to log on and send without having to receive all the messages in my inbox first. Just a suggestion. Too bad I'm at work when all the presentations go on. Can someone note that and add it to the suggestions? <smile> Sharonda On 10/20/07, Chris Hallsworth <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > Pop server: pop.gmail.com > SMTP server: smtp.gmail.com > Note: Enable secure connections for both Pop and SMTP Pop port: 995 > SMTP port: 465 Hope that helps.
