I would either wait for it to prompt you, or find some kind of stream to
listen to until the battery goes flat, then plug it into the charger, which
does the same as a recalibration, according to the manual.

Well it's 2 months today since I had my mPower BT 32, which I'm using to
write this message. As a result, should I consider recalibrating my
