He said he had created a keyword braille document, but that it was asking for computer braille instead of grade 2. I am going to see if I can meet him to get a better handle on what is going on.

Have a great day,
Alex

Hi, this is not specifically a PK issue, but rather it's a
setting that you
can find in the set options list, which can be found under the
Keyword menu.
So do the following:
1. At the main menu, press w.
2. At the Keyword menu, press s.
3. At the Keyword Options List, press space.
4. In the "File Type for New Documents?" prompt, make sure that
"Braille
Document (Keyword type)" is selected. To cycle through the
choices, press
space with dots 3-4. When you've found the above option, press
enter.
5. Press space with e until you're at the main menu. Pressing
space with
dots 1-2-3-4-5-6 will also work as well.
Hope that helps.

Dear Alix,

 Greetings!
I have KeySoft Version 7.5 installed on my BrailleNote PK,
however, I am having a problem with it. When I create a new
document, it says that it is creating a KeySoft Braille document,
however, when I press enter, it is in text format. I have
checked my grade of Braille, and it is set to Grade 2. Can you
help me out with this? Thank you very much.
Until we shall meet again, have an excellent day!

Sincerely,
