Yes, it is possible to create directions for pedestrian or vehicular uses. If you have the GPS product, it is possible to have the information update as you progress through the route, get information about how much further in terms of minutes or miles, you could also get the current speed, heading, and much more. With the, "Way To Go" product offering a maps only version, there is a cool feature that allows you to take the route information and with a few simple keystrokes have the route in a text form allowing for one to emboss/print the route directions complete with turn, total route distance, and other such information, this allows for one to take the hard-copy and leave the BrailleNote at home. The "Way To Go" is running at about half the price of the GPS product and offers everything plus more, it isn't possible to get live-time information however.
