Can anyone help with this issue.
I usually now send emails from my BN BT 32, saving a copy, and
copying it to myself.
This might sound a bit excessive, but the reason is that I
suspect emails I have sent, have on the very odd occasion got
lost.
So, the idea was to see if they got sent out at all--(hence the
copy to my own address).
Sometimes though, when I am checking the "saved copy" version,
just scrolling through the fields, when I move from "to:" to
"date sent:" the BN hangs.
It only comes alive again with a reset.
I tend to use the advance key rather than <space> to scroll, but
I doubt that makes much difference.
I'm running 7.5.20.
I have never seen this problem with the returned copy.
Also, I have only seen it with a mail I have replied to, not with
a mail I have only sent.
The problem only seems to happen with the following sequence of
instructions:-
1. Reply to sender only.
2. When asked "Ready to send email?" answer "n".
3. Add your own address in the "Also send to:".
(Probably happens with copy to also).
4. Exit to "Ready to send email?" answer "y".
5. Choose to save a copy.
