Hello! I think your BN is going into sleep mode. When this happens, it stops refreshing the Embosser with new material thus your embossing stops. I would turn off sleep mode and try again! I'm assuming the document is coming out as you expect or you set it up!

I can take the embosser offline and when it goes back online it continues (though sometimes drops parts) and continues embossing but messes up on where the page breaks are at. Can someone help me figure out if it is the embosser or the mpower? And whichever it is can it be fixed? Enabling isn't open on Sundays so I have to wait until tomorrow to call them but I would like to fix this today if at all possible.
