Alix and Donna;
When I was on digest with the gui-talk, the digest came about every 24
hours.  It is handy if you like to just read, but I like regular e-mails
on lists that I will be partisapating in.  I find it easier to reply,
and delete what I do not need.  You can always test it and change back
if you do not like it.

It means you get one email every day or week, can't remember which, that
includes all messages sent to the list for the timeframe.
