WayFun wasn't enough, by Kevin Chao

Sandy and I just returned from Victoria, BC where we had a wonderful tour of
the city using the Sendero GPS, we visited three
cities, crossed three bridges, visited the beach, China Town, went on a
scavenger hunt all using the Sendero GPS and our great
Orientation and Mobility skills. I was able to get the name of the streets,
bridges, provide directions to the places and found out
that we walked 50 KM throughout our three day stay.

To view photos and audios of the trip in and around Victoria, BC, visit:
http://www.senderogroup.com/blog.htm

We had some of the most amazing food during our stay including: Indian, Thai,
Japanese, European, North American, Seafood, Best
French Fries along the wharf, and other great foods. I have sent in my User
POIs and they will be added to the collective User POIs
during the next cycle, so for those who will be in the area after next month
and enjoy great food, just do a search under User.

We also visited three great parks with great walkways along the harbour, two
of them had walkways that were 2.5 KM in length. There
are also user POIs now along the walkways and parks.

Here is a little something for users of Sendero GPS Version 4.0 to run. A
Replay and Route of the flight from Sacramento to Seattle
then to Victoria will be up soon. Sit back and watch the change in speed and
altitude as you reach a cruising altitude of 30,000
feet and a cruising speed of 500 MPH. The flight from Seattle to Victoria was a
much shorter one with a duration of 25 minutes with
not reaching as high of an altitude and speed with a lot of turbulence.
