Hello all, I am wondering if there is anything I can do short of sending my braille note in for service? I have gotten a few dots on the braille display that are much softer than the rest. I think it is needing to be cleaned, but with my job I use it everyday and can't be with out it for 2 or 3 weeks. Any suggestions?
