Karina, First, it isn't possible to scan to any of the BrailleNote family of products as there are not drivers available and the BrailleNote doesn't have a program that knows what to do with scanned images.
Second, even if there were such an adapter that went from a USB client (small) to a USB host (regular), the PK would not know what to do with pen drives and hard drives because they are unsupported. The USB port on the PK is designed to hook up to your PC and synchronize files between your PC and PK through ActiveSync and to synchronize your planner and contacts.
