Hi,
Sorry about the long delay.
Use the file manager menu and choose directory and go to the
Keymail folder.
Then use space with x twice so you get the list of all including
hidden files.
Check down that list to see if you have two files in particular
they are "Directory of Email Accounts" and "Directory of Email
Accounts.cdb".
If they are both there, it might be that one of them is corrupted
or has become protected or something.
See if they are there, not sure yet the best way forward after
that.
