Lori,

There are two ways of knowing if the upgrade took, the first being to press
SPACE with I from the Main Menu and and the second being
to perform a Reset. If it reports KeySoft 7.5, then you are good to go.

In order to have the languages work, you must first enable them using the
instructions below:
>From the Main Menu
Press U for Utilities
Press L for Language Options
Here is where you will enable the languages you want by changing the No status
to Yes for the desired language. When you are
finished press SPACE with E, it will ask which tables and keyboard entry you
want to use. This is a one time setup. When you want to
use a different language, within a document press ENTER with L and use SPACE
with dots 3 4 to cycle through the different options.

Subject: [Braillenote] how do you tell if the upgrade worked

Hi,
Just a quick question. I have spent the last hour or so upgrading my MPower
for 7.2 to 7.5. Here's my question- How do I tell if
the upgrade took. When I hit an I chord it tells me it is running 7.5, but I
am not finding any of the languages like spanish that
it should have. Maybe I am not getting to the languages the correct way. I
open a Word file and then hit l and enter. But the
languages are only English. Any suggestions?
Thanks
Lori
