Hi Everyone, First, I want to thank all of those who wrote on and off list to help me with my recent e-mail problem. The problem was that I was able to send and receive e-mail using my BN with a wireless connection, but people receiving my messages reported that each of my lines of text were only 8 to 10 characters in length. I could not seem to find anything addressing this sort of problem in the user's guide. I tried several people's suggestions, but nothing worked. When all else fails, call Technical Support, right? Well, I did that, and in a matter of seconds we had the problem fixed. I went into the format menu, to inkprint settings, and finally to page settings, where my line length was way too short! I made it 80 characters in length, set it as the default with backspace s, and all is right with the world! I had tried to accomplish the same thing by changing my margins at another spot, but for some reason, that didn't work. Anyway, again thanks to all who offered suggestions!
