Hi Tina,
Yes, you can use Keymail to read your e-mail without it having to be web
based. You will have to set up an account in your BN using exactly the same
information that was used to set up your account on your PC. After doing
that, you should have no trouble downloading your e-mail directly from the
server. Let me know if you have any further questions about how to do this.
