Hi Terry and All, Well, grin, regarding the reminder from HW when a service contract is about to expire; well, who knows if they will send one or not. For, some folks on the list have reported getting them, while others say they never hear a word.
As for myself, I did get one reminder when my PK service contract was about to be up last year, getting it about three weeks before the contract would expire. However, it was quite strange how I got that reminder. For, completely separate from my mPower and PK, work had purchased a VoiceNote for me. And, although I don't use it a lot, it does serve the purpose of not putting customer info on my personal equipment. So, grin, imagine my surprise when my renewal notice for my PK came addressed to my work address. I hadn't even discussed, or participated in the purchase of, that work VoiceNote; so, who knows how HW managed to get my work and personal equipment tangled up. And, upon my asking, HW seemed to have no idea, either, but did change my PK info back to my personal address.
