What version of Keysoft are you running?
If you are running version 7.5, this drive should work.
If you are running a version less than 7.5, you might wish to install
the USB mass storage update driver.
In order to do this, go to www.humanware.com and click on the "support"
link. Then click on the Braillenote link. Then click on the drivers
link.
There are two files you have to download and install.
The first is a file called "installer.exe". Place this file on the BN
either on the flash disk or the Keysoft system disk.
Next, download a file called, "USB mass storage.exe"
You will need to run the "installer.exe" file before running the next
file. To do this, go to the utilities menu from the main menu. Next,
choose "Application program"
You will be prompted "run program from which drive?" Here, you will
choose the drive.
Press enter.
Next you will be prompted to choose the folder in which you have placed
the program "installer.exe".
Choose the folder and d press enter.
Next you will be prompted," command line?" Simply press enter.
Repeat the steps shown above to install the mass storage update driver.

Subject: [Braillenote] SanDisk Cruzer Micro

I recently bought a 1.0 GB SanDisk Cruzer Micro USB Flash Drive to use
with a student's mPower. The BrailleNote is not recognizing it. I also
used the LaunchPad removal tool from SanDisk to delete those files from
the drive, but it is still not being recognized. I have used other
similar USB Flash Drives with this BN and they have worked just fine.
Any ideas?
