I've heard many complaints about Humanware in the U.S., but I've also often
heard that the Humanwhere everything, customer service, tech support, repairs,
etc. elsewhere , as in Canada, Australia, etc. is actually very good. Any
chance that we in the US can circumvent dealing with the US representatives of
all these departments who don't seem to be providing the service we expect,
deserve and have paid for and deal directly with Canada or Australia?
So as not to rattle the cages of those who have the knee-jerk reaction of
jumping to Humanware's defense whenever people speak of their negative
experiences and try to make things better for all of us, I hasten to say that I
love the PK and I would be very reluctant to leave it and Humanware. They make
some great products. However, we need adequate tech support, stable machines
and software, repairs when we need them, and customer service that does
everything it can to help us and provide us with these and other things and is
not obstructionist and out to thwart us at every turn.
